I wouldn't be surprised if BT set him up for the interview. I not seen many successful business men interviewed reclining on a sofa with one trouser leg at half mast. If you turn off the sound and just look at the pictures you'll have some idea of what I mean.
just watched it and on this interview Allam comes across less manic but still as determined . he did make a good point on his own 8,000yrs of heritage when talking tradition , its just he misses the point of why changing the name is wrong - changing the name isnt moving with times or looking forward.

The actual video clip was quite good, just spoilt by Clark Carlisle lack of questioning AA, and AA himself. I didn't expect there would have been any change in his position, and I am 100% sure he will not change his position. However he would gain a lot of respect from people, if he just came out and said, having investigated the situation and taken expert advise, I cannot say the name change categorically would generate the income I expected, so on balance I have decided to leave things as they are.
