I was thinking of you last week as I was up in Minsmere walking round the RSPB reserve with my sister (it wasn't the best of occasions, we were there to scatter my parents ashes at a place they loved) and it was wonderfull. I remember being there in the 1970's and they had two Avocet's. They had loads this time. Lovely part of the world - not spectacular, but very enjoyable, and some good beer too.

    Depends I suppose.
Let's say England get 400 (unlikely I know but just suppose) and it takes until the end of day 4, maybe with some help from the weather.

Australia then have a 97 run lead but only 1 day left, maybe less if the weather is dodgy.
Do they accept it's a draw?
From where we are now a draw is OK with me, that's for sure.
Or do they get another quick 100, declare and then put England in to bat hoping to skittle them out?

If they do that, there is still the theoretical chance of England bashing 198 before stumps (or running out of batsmen) and actually winning the game.

    No worries FHB.
I've decided to follow Roland's example and live in a fantasy world.

In my new world Lee Bowyer is using Roland to get Charlton into the Premier League - and doing a splendid job of it.
I find that an eminently comfortable idea to wrap my brain around.

Also in my new world, after the revocation of you-know-what, the UK will reform the EU so it works much better for us and we all live happily ever after, a united country again. That idea is comfier than a really good bean bag. I can relax in it all day long.

Very poor behaviour by certain grasses on there, they know who they are.

Particularly when Reams invited us back with the remit of boosting his posting number, which we did with spectacular success.

    Who’s the grass ?

My guess is that fella in Spandex pants from Kent.

Sorry to hear you've been banned again chaps.
We seem to be going round in circles.

To be fair to Reams, if he has received several messages from long standing members and is concerned that more are thinking of leaving (or are just not posting anymore) he has to give that weight when deciding what to do for the best.

I won't be doing anything on ITTV in the future that can be interpreted as attacking other members. Anything I post there from now on will be in the form of general comments (not addressed to any specific member) which I will not follow up. Also I won't quote other members or engage in conversations with individual members.

I do not read either ITTV or CL so I have no idea of the story behind your banning.

It was me. I grassed you both up to sir.

Don't worry, I shall make it up by focussing my ire on possibly the biggest ****er on any Charlton forum.

Kevin started a poll asking fans to choose between supporting “the lads” and supporting “the owner” ...as if it were a binary choice.

Having been roundly slated for it, it appears that the Global Moderator has deleted it :emoticon-0148-yes:

    Bottom line -

    No dissent allowed on ITTV.

A dozen arselickers cowering around Duchâtelet’s camp fire.

Anyone with a “dissenting view” bullied off.

@Beware of the Virus and I have discussed the actions of certain individuals in recent days, and in addition to that I’d like to say to Paul that the next time ITTV is on its arse ...please look elsewhere for help :emoticon-0148-yes:
