Anyway, Vince Tan has just arrived in the country to attend our home game tomorrow but we don't know if he'll make it.

We understand he's being held at the Manston holding facility where his trousers are being adjusted to the right height.
Typical of how soft this country is.
We let 'em in and let them jump the queue for a tailor when Brits have to wait to have their trousers adjusted.
Trump out!

Just watched Hudson's pre-Hull interview on the city website.
He seems to be growing in confidence in front of the media. More relaxed if not totally at ease.
Lots of background video as he was talking, much at training.
Two things.
Looks like Morrison is back in full training. Not sure he'd fit the new style, but would be a good voice in the dressing room and in training.
With rumours around Nelson, would a deal with Morrison suit us?
Secondly, has Philogene got a medical condition? He always looks as if he's off to the arctic.
In games hes got leggings and his socks up past the knees then long sleeves pulled over his hands. In training hes got a hat and kneck warmer in addition.

Read his interview on WoL. A much calmer process than his predecessor. I think he has the journos on his side.

One particular reply made me smile. They were talking about Watters and why he got hooked late on having come on as sub. Hudson's answer was "Time wasting". Wtf was my first thought. He explained next it was for the team and to run down the clock. Not another embarrassing moment for Watters thankfully.

As for Morro, out for nearly a year. How fit is he? Can he play the rest of the season if needed? He wouldn't be first choice in front of Kipre and Ng but a useful back up if up to scratch. And he can take long throws. <yikes>. Not seen those for a while.

Philogene - just a fashion thing amongst young players maybe. Midweek games up't north in't middle of winter will be the test. What extra layers will he add?

Trouble is Morro would have to take the long throws and be on the end of them as well.

Its worth listening to the interviews.
He's quite mono-tone and stumbles now and then, but what he says is balanced and thought through.
He's not a Warnock with his quips and one liners and he's not a real wordsmith, but he's not spikey like Morison. I think the jurnos will cut him some slack.
Didn't duck a question or give non-answers.
Was honest once or twice when he said, 'we'll have to wait and see', which sometimes is the truth, if not a headline worthy response.

He was never quick before his injury. Just saying.
Might be a useful addition in a back 3 for certain games with NG and Kipre doing the running. Would give a goal threat at the other end as well.

I’d have a half fit Morrison over Nelson:emoticon-0138-think
