Hansen is on MOTD tonight. He'll have ****ing loved our performance today, expecting some praise from the jock. Harry Redknapp is the other guest on MOTD by the way.
Really good game to watch, thought the whole team performed outstandingly, and Huddlestone is a class act.
How the hell you can give anyone anything below an 8 is unbelievable. Bar Sagbo, but a 3 is ridiculous for him, a 5 or 6 would be more sensible.
McGregor 8 Elmohamady 7 Figueroa 7 Chester 7 Davies 9 Rock. Huddlestone 8 Livermore 7 Koren 7 Aluko 7 Brady 7 Sagbo 5 did win the pen after all and was good before the red. Graham 6 Boyd 6 Rosenior 6
Are you being serious? Apart from the penalty, neither side looked like scoring and both sides where poor bar the select few. By the sounds of it, you think we played like Chelsea.
Yes I am being serious. Giving players like Livermore, Thudd and Elmo 6's is plain ridiculous. They were fantastic. The idea that any of the defenders got a 6 is mental as well. Considering we were down to 10 men, the team played out of their skins.
Yeah, we wouldn't have needed him at Orient anyway, Prozzie will be scoring his usual annual wondergoal there
the fact in our first home game back in the PL, more than 60 mins with 10 men, against quality that norwich possess, won the game and even with 10 men, created some good opportunities and passing plays i don't think i'd of been the only one who thought we were ****ed when sagbo was sent off after just 26 minutes.. but the team performed out their skins
I've seen Elmo play much much better. I don't think he is suited at RB and think he would be more effective at RM. Tom played ok and his passing was decent from what I remember. He was wasteful from set pieces and gave the ball away countless times though. Livermore should have buried his chance. Didn't really see him do much after that. I'd be willing to increase their rating to 7 but that's all your getting.
You obviously watched a different game to everyone else. I honestly don't think Huddlestone gave the ball away once barring the set pieces. Livermore ran his socks off, defended great and broke forward whenever he had the chance. Elmo had one of his best defensive displays in a while!
Most obvious place would be where the Hudgell ad boards near the west d side ofthe south stand. I wondered what those other boxes were though.
Don't want to start a new thread on this, but i just want to say that George Boyd deserves a start, after that brilliant sub appearance
not a good day for stockdale today and i agree, boyd looked great, but where would he start and in whoms place?
