We just got away with one when Brererton-Diaz misses a sitter. Very noticeable that we still can't get a cross above 6 feet high. Tell the players that the ball won't explode due to altitude.
Our high press looks very good and we are hunting in packs with a lot of confidence. Beware the breakaway.
For goodness sakes get James off taking corners as we lose a good chance every time with a cross that doesn't get close to being over the first defender. C'mon.
Now Atkinson has decided to join the lousy free kick crowd. What a waste of a chance if ever there was one.
Good first half with few chances and 0-0 seems just about right. The final pass whether it be from open play or free kicks needs to get a lot better if we want all 3 points against a team that can be difficult in their play.
