Semenyo and Bagan were the wing backs. Sang played behind Zimba and Evans but in front of Kavanagh and Patten. Good old WOL!

I’d play him alongside Ralls on Saturday. Pack on bench.

Sounds like the foundations have been laid to ensure a steady flow of talent into the senior squad. Bodes well for the future.
Also sounds like the U23s are fun to watch

The first signs of the club having a strategy.
Need to be scouring the region and picking up cast offs or non selected youngsters from other regions.
Wonder what the scouting is like in N Wales.
Got a good crop at the moment but need a production line.

Drove past just before kick off - was vary tempted to call in. Ended up in B&Q instead!

This is all very promising. But a question: I seem to recall that some time ago, Colin took the decision to have some involvement in the development end. Did I dream that? If not, does he deserve some credit for how things have turned out?

    You're right.
He did a root and branches review of the club.
Put quite a few changes in the youth and development sides, shipped on a load of 23s who had been there for years without getting near the first team and recruited quite a few players from outside the catchment , including Willie McKays 2 lads.
Not sure if it was 'get in, shake it up, get out', or if it was a bit more sophisticated than that.

    Alarmingly no.
In a ill considered attempt to exercise my minute brain, I've started studying quantum physics and in undertaking this I was lured into the dark world of infinity. No bloody will power.

Holy **** Clingo!!!! I studied QM nearly 50 years ago so it's probably changed a lot by now. Only recollection i have is when the lecturer slid up the blackboard for the one behind and some dull ****er had written "Bohr was right". Cue a long lecture on why he was wrong!!!! Boring lecturer for sure.....couldn't take a joke......became a Nobel Prize winner I think. Dedicated though I suppose!!!
