Yes it was, but now you get the extended highlights plus full pre/port match interviews plus behind closed door's footage etc for £5.99 a month on Tiger+. As I pay £140 a year for the games, which included extended highlights as well as the £5.99 then effectively I am paying for the extended highlights twice.
Has anyone had any success getting refunds from [email protected] (or even a reply!)? No-one has replied to my complaint after almost two weeks, which is pretty shabby.
I had a problem and they responded quickly and asked for more information but I gave it, didnt get a reply and chased them with no luck and then realised I'd made a mistake.
There must have been a change in personel as just before the season started I'd inadvertently set up two subscriptions on-line. The reversal for one of the subs was in my bank within 4 or 5 days I seem to recall.
The head of the ticket office kindly chased them/him up for me and I now have my reply and refund, so all good (if a little delayed).
Emailed three times about the last two games being paid for but not delivered, with absolutely no response. It's obviously a pain having lost a few quid but I'm more concerned that they've sussed my VPN.
I'm not sure this is a problem, but has anyone else (ex-pat, not using a VPN) been experiencing the same? I paid for the Tigers+ LIVE MATCH video option in early August - an annual subscription. Cleared my banking set up (reflected on my VISA statement in August). I've managed to sign onto the official site and navigate to the live video for all matches so far this season. No problem, game was viewable live. I'm now logged onto the site but can't seem to find the "PLAY video" button or see the message that up until today used to say something like Match will start transmitting in "time to go hours/mins." Any one else had/having this problem or is it just that I'm trying too far in advance of kick-off time? Bloody frustrating design this site ! Why can't they at least say you're on but transmission will be up and running in X-minutes time ?
Sometimes the stream isn't available until sometimes 10 minutes before kick off, not always, but it has happened on one or two occasions.
This was the advice given to me by the streaming team: “Whenever you are overseas, please head to this link to watch the fixtures: https://www.wearehullcity.co.uk/live. “
If that's the case, why don't they put a tweet out to that effect and say everyone will be refunded? It's a shambles.
Definite issues today, it’s asking people to pay £10 even if they’ve already paid for the subscription
