Trying to recall - was there League Cup streams last year? Swear I remember watching us getting tonked by Bradford. Or was it a televised game?
I reached out to the support fir tigers+ today to say I bought a season pass but my profile said no subscription. He said I'd bought a match pass. They took 140 quid from my account which even I think is a bit steep for a game. Conversation on going.....
I asked a few ?'s of the club re streaming. I got an answer to one of those. (never ask more than one ? at a time if you are looking for answers) Seems a yearly pass does include Tigers plus wich give one access to Extended highlights and presumably full match replays. Although I dont see that available as of yet.
As far as I see it, with the yearly subscription you get the live game, extended highlights package, but it doesn't look as if the full match is available. For other video's you need to pay a further £5.99 monthly to get that package.
Really? That's ridiculous. That's worse than we had with iFollow. I can't always watch live and having a full match replay is a big help. Some of our games will be at 2am (a large chunk of them) and I don't think I have it in me to stay up at those hours anymore.
Contact Andrew the support guy and explain your predicament (and also mention your pod) they seem to be still making some adjustments to the offers. When I pointed out that a "season pass" may well be a one off purchase but it was for the full season so should be treated as a subscription he agreed and said he would raise it. If more do the same it may change. I travel a lot with work and being able to watch later is really useful.
I agree, because I am retired so do not have to get up for work, then I prefer to always watch the game live, but can then sleep in, in the morning. But for you, I assume you are working, then the full match replay is a big help. As Stockholm says, I would contact the steaming service and point it out.
As far as this £5.99 a month access to Video's etc, there certainly seems to be some anger on Twitter (X) that post match interviews, which have been available in the past for free, are no longer being made available unless you buy the package. I know the club is looking to increase revenue and there is nothing wrong with that, but I do feel maybe they have pitched the price at £5.99 a month a bit too high, and should at least make the managers pre/post match interview available on Youtube. I realise that including the managers interviews is a way of attracting supporters to buy the package, but I get the feeling many feel it is too expensive, and you can usually hear the managers interviews on RH, they might have been better to pitch the price at say £3.99 as more may well buy at this level.
