    On the flip side....the hero to zero front, has there ever been a more disappointing signing than Hateley? When he came in after years of turd under Dolan there was such a feel good around the club, an expectation that he'd be a class above at D3 level, that he'd bring in some amazing players with his connections and incredibly things got even ****ing worse

    Except Davies a **** who agitated for a pay rise in the close season and who had a ****ing nightmare second season with us as his head was turned by money.

    Nicky Forster...I think he arrived in the great escape season. 2006/07. Possibly Brown's last throw of the dice.I thought this guy is going to be dire...actually he was an excellent player. Not sure what became of him. He seemed to disappear as quickly as he arrived.
