So you've never mistyped anything? Criticising a typo is about the weakest reply anyone can do, it's childish even. And anyone having another opinion to you is 'talking out their ass' apparently, or whatever equivalent words you used. What matters to me isn't something in the past but recent history. Some in this division haven't won trophies for decades and just live on past glories which they say elevate them, but that just looks pathetic to most people.
There's no one more then me who'd like to go around shouting we're a big club! But you just have to look at the facts! Until 2008 we hadn't even played in the top flight! We've got a good team together at the moment so let's see where we go eh? But don't jump on another thread spouting off what I said on another thread!
The reason we didn't make much of an effort to get in the top flight was bad management at various levels and lack of ambition.
Yes. I had forgotten about that actually. I shall give you that one. Indeed so. ^^^^^ this. Once we get passed the November International Break and Diomande and Snodgrass are back in the squad i really do think that we shall start to expand even further our attacking play. I dont think for a moment that SB wants to hang onto 1-0 each and every game. However, there does come a point when 1-0 does look good after the event. We lost the Charlton and Brighton away games for being poor overall. Blackburn was drawn due to missing chances and switching off at the death. Player error not a Steve Bruce error. I was talking to a Forest fan after our last game and he said that it is a scary thought to think that we are doing what we are doing without being anywhere near what we can be. He went onto to say that at least 5 of our bench that day would be starters in the Forest team atm. We are just 10 game in. A long way to go.
