I think in any other club your analogy would be spot on. However, this is no ordinary club and we are run by a pair of ****wit megalomaniacs. Who cannot and will not allow a traditional operational structure perform everyday duties you would expect.

There’s one thing we all can agree on....We hope they **** off very soon.

    Anyway, Merry Christmas.

Somebody reporting on Facebook that 8m bid from Everton in for Bowen. Said Bowen said it himself when getting his Range Rover serviced at the guy’s place.

Not quite a helicopter landing at Hymers.

Can't wait for Ehab to destroy all the good feeling we have amongst the squad and the fans. Like he does time and time again. Elphick, Bowen and maybe Grosicki and Henriksen.

Lovely, then we will be scrapping till end of January and sign maybe one player and struggle like mad.

If we sell Bowen we must get a loan till the end of the season I can't see him getting anywhere near their team.

Bowen would be a fool to consider Everton with that mercenary in charge of them.

Let's not go all woe Is me. It is what it is.

Grosicki wants to leave anyway and has the last few windows, he'll play better leading up to the window so he gets noticed but after that not so much I expect.

Would he not have it serviced at a main dealership?

He’s been good ever since his first start in September.

Absolutely, he has been vital in so many goals. Look at the first goal today and against Swansea, no assist but without him neither goal happens.

Also with regards to Bowen I hope he stays until the summer or moves then they loan him back. I think another six months of playing every match will help him. But if Everton or another PL team come in and quadruple (at least maybe more) his wages why wouldn't he accept it?

Footballers have a short shelf life and I don’t blame them for making as much as they can during their career. Most players although making a good living never reach the level of top prem earners so they should make as much as they can. Bowen and Turbo have been very good this year but if they get an opportunity in January you can’t blame them for taking it. I suspect Bowen will see an opportunity of winning a couple of things too if he can get in a mid prem team. Surely that’s what football is all about. Elphick will be probably be recalled but that’s football too. We must hope now that Nige does not get a further kick in the balls from the daft lads. I like many don’t like his style of positive thinking but I will say that he has done a bloody great job with the limited squad numbers he has had available. Given his run of form that he has obtained from the players it would be a massive travesty if he is not given the resources to replace whoever he loses in January. If reports are true that we have lost two targets already as we can’t afford them he must be supported properly in the transfer window. Great run of form yes but this squad is stretched thinly already. We must hope that the Allams apparent need to claw back every penny does not undo what has been a superb effort by the players and the management team this season. They could not be forgiven for hanging out to dry this team in January and I believe the repercussions for them would be immense and far reaching. I really hope 2019 starts with new owners for Hull City as we need somebody who gives a damn.

The players have performed miracles this month, can't blame any of them if they choose to move on as we're on the right track to safety and that was always the aim.

Adkins is a gift to the Allams - they'eve got away with murder again but he's also proven to be a manager of difficult circumstances and deserves a bucketload of credit
