I always wondered why you named yourself after the national farmers union, and with the 'No1' I always assumed you were top dog there. Now my aging young brain has finally woken up and realised you are North Ferriby United's number 1 fan.
Rep power seems to be a bit skewed on our forum because people just negative rep random posts for the sake of it. When the other City mods asked the admin to upgrade my account to mod, those in charge were concerned that I actually had negative rep (apprently). On closer inspection it seemed that Erik had taken 21 points from me on 5 separate occasions. It's nothing to do with your post count. We all start off with 1 rep and you can give or take that many rep from people based on their posts being good or bad (it's the approve or disapprove button on the little star at the bottom of every post) when someone gives you a point you then have 2, so you can take or give 2 to anyone else. On some boards there are groups of people just giving constant rep back and forth to increase their numbers, I imagine this is how Erik came to have 21 rep power.
