I'd only keep Koren from that list. But only if he signed an agreement stating he would play for 90 minutes and not just 10-20mins a game.
Barmby will have a long association with the club I'm sure, poor Percy will have to start loving him soon I reckon!
Barmby is being lined up to be a future manager of Hull City, he's doing his coaching badges, he has the total respect of the players and the management. He might have to bugger and prove himself at a lower level first, but I have no doubt that he will be the manager of the club at some point.
Funny that. I can imagine lots of top professionals willing to have an ex-England international joining their coaching staff. One of the most talented players ever to pull on a City shirt (much better than your Bullard: Barmby performed at the highest level for many years whereas Bullard never even played for England). Also Barmby has shown a willingness to work. So I'm sure loads of people (who actually know what they are talking about unlike you in this case) would give him a job. And the final factor: he actually cares about this club, which you can see every time he pulls on the shirt. I'm hoping Barmby becomes our manager in the future. IMO
all this is premature 6 games into the season. Ok i am all for longer term strategy and this seems obvious from the signings and intentions we ve seen to date. The main statement to be aware of so far is: "....profitable at the start of next season....."
Just noticed someone claiming we're trying to tie up a pre-contract agreement for 17/18 year old Huddersfield midfielder Matt Crooks. I've never heard of him, I don't think he's played any first team games yet.
Maybe we could take smithies of their hands as well, not heard of crooks but our scouting network seems alot better nowadays
