Can they even take this to the courts? I thought it was a max process of internal commission with one appeal to another commission. CAS cant get involved. I think the only way this ends is with lawyers doing a deal where City take some significant punishment. There is always a way to invoke the law though it seems. They can argue the procedure has not been followed correctly.
