    VIP Tuesday

Couple here from Aidan, I only have one for today I’ll post mine shortly cheers all! I’m a bit behind on messages so please bare with me as I catch up over next 24 hours thanks.

    Lingfield 12.45 - KLITSCHKO 7/4 (1 point win)

Not done much wrong in his four starts so far and his gamely performance when winning at Plumpton took a boost when the runner-up won his next race by 23 lengths. Makes his handicap debut today and looks to be on a fair mark.

Huntingdon 1.30 - CALL OF THE LOON 5/2 (1 point win)

Hasn’t ran a bad race yet since joining this yard and won a low grade chase at Stratford in August although he’s 6lb higher and in a better race here he seems the one to beat.

    Huntingdon 3.15 - LIVERPOOL KNIGHT 13/2 (1 point EW)

Made all in a valuable Market Rasen handicap at the end of September and is now 3-7 over hurdles, been raised by 4lb for that success but that doesn’t look excessive and this progressive 5 year old holds each way claims.

    Newcastle 2.50 - HELLO QUEEN 11/1 (1 point EW)

Picked up two AW wins earlier this year including one over this course and distance. Won on turf debut at Doncaster in July and ran well in a strong fillies’ handicap at Pontefract when finishing third in September. Still open to further improvement yet and holds each way claims.

    VIP LINGFIELD - 3.40 - ROBINSVILLE 3/1 - 1 point win

I’ll be watching DYSART ENOS today at Huntingdon in the 2.05 but no bet at the price. Makes hurdle debut today and one to potentially follow to the festival…

With ROBBINSVILLE, I think this is Tizzards first runner at Lingfield this season. He’s not been straightforward this horse but Tizzard and team are off to a flyer with a 20% win rate from nearly 60 runners and plenty of this success has been down to young FREDDIE GINGELL who boasts an even better win rate of late and one of the highest strike rates in the country over the last month, sitting at nearly 30%. His 7lb claim is making a big difference in difficult race conditions. This could be the difference maker in a tough race today. This horse has struggled last year but improved as he steps up in distance and has the makings of a stayer. Stamina looks to be ROBINSVILLE best asset and a much improved performance should be seen today as the horse steps up to 2miles 7.

Cheers guys good luck and have a nice day ✅

VIP THURSDAY - HORSES & GOLF

    Mine today….

Cheltenham tomorrow - 3 days of action so a busy weekend ahead. Just a few horses from me today and today golf that starts around 1pm.

RSM CLASSIC - 1 point EW WINS

Camillo Villegas who won for us last week is playing well he’s 60/1 again but I’ve gone for the following this week…

    CAMERON YOUNG 18/1 (8 places)
    ALEX NOREN 28/1 (8 places)
    JT POSTON 20/1 (12 places)
    MATT KUCHAR 28/1 (12 places)
    BILLY HORSCHEL 40/1 (8 places)
    RYAN PALMER 60/1 (12 places)

    VIP HORSES

    4.05 TAUNTON - OBSESSEDWITHYOU 4/1 - 1 point win

The horse is now favorite after decent money has come for Jamie Snowdens horse. She essentially drops in class today after a 4th place at Cheltenham in April where she finished only a few lengths behind the winner. That was a class 1 race and todays here at Taunton is a class 4. Others may prove more race fit today - ISABELLA BEE especially who hardly had a break over summer and arrives on a hat trick. I think COME ON DU BERLAIS is worth a SAVER here at 12/1.. this is an ex Elliott horse that won bumpers in Ireland and has ran 5 solid races in a row at this point without winning. He should go close again and 12/1 is decent odds for the place. However the main bet here is OBSESSEDWITHYOU who I think is well handicapped. The Cheltenham form from April is shaping up nicely with those that finished ahead and behind of our horse going on to win in subsequent races.

    3.40 SEDGEFIELD - HORN CAPE 2/1 - 1 point win

It will really take something special from SPECIAL RATE to continue to defy the handicapper and pick up his 5th win in a row but a 6 month break didn’t stop him when he won last week here over C&D with plenty in hand. He might not have things all his way today as HORN CAPE looked very impressive last time out. The manner in which he stayed on to win the race was impressive and I think he’s the one to side with today. He has a 3lb claimer on board and carries nearly a full stone in weight less than rival SPECIAL RATE because of it. Hard to make a case for others here.

    VIP Thursday

Few from Aidan, I will have a couple posted along with todays golf before 11.30 am ✅

Sedgefield 12.15 - PORT OR STARBOARD 5/2 (1 point win)

Although bud strike rate isn’t the best (only success in 25 starts came when dead-heating at Exeter in March) needs to be respected here. Been a fairly consistent sort and usually within the top 3, has form on soft/heavy ground and has a good chance in what looks a fairly weak handicap.

    Sedgefield 3.10 - SKYHILL 9/2 (1 point win)

Although this one lacks a recent run he has to be respected at this track and it wouldn’t be a shock to see him go and pick up his 4th course success. He won this race from a 19lb lower mark 4 years ago and although he’s 7lb higher than his last success over this course and distance on heavy ground in April he’s on of the leading contenders if he’s ready for this after 7 months off.

Market Rasen 1.40 - SURE TOUCH 3/1 (1 point win)

Picked up four hurdle successes in the backend of 2022 including here and returned from an absence finishing a close runner-up ob last months chase debut. He now steps back up in trip to 2m7f and open to further improvement.

Market Rasen 2.15 - MACKIE DEE 12/1 (1 point EW)

Taking a slight chance on this one considering not been seen since July 2022 however, running off last winning mark today and has each way claims if ready for this return.

Few bits from Aidan today. Todays VIP NAP will be posted at 12pm ✅

    Cheltenham 1.45 - CREBILLY 11/4 (1 point win)

Made it two wins from five starts over hurdles when landing a Class 2 handicap at Sandown in April. Was a promising third in his only point start and there’s plenty to like about this lightly raced 6yo who can continue his progression over fences.

    Cheltenham 2.20 - CITY CHIEF 9/2 (1 point win) & WAYFINDER 12/1 (0.5 point EW)

Raised his game when sent over fences last season winning comfortably in two small field events on soft and good to soft ground earlier this year including a Grade 2 Chase at Wetherby in February. Creditable third of 8 when last seen at Ayr in April and still has pretty of potential yet so looks worth sticking by.

WAYFINDER looks to be a good each way saver here acts well on soft and all 4 wins have come at Chepstow. Was pulled from a race here yesterday so can only assume connections fancied this race to be more to his liking but it will still demand a fair bit more than what he’s shown so far. Can’t be ruled out though and holds each way claims.

    VIP TUESDAY

    HEREFORD
    3.15 - HEREFORD - KALPAGA 9/1 - 4 paid - 1 point EW
    3.45 - HEREFORD - DANTES INFERNO 8/1 - 4 paid - 0.5 point EW

Two longshots here - I’ve just watched DANTES INFERNO debut at Ludlow, second behind BOBBYS FORTUNE but well ahead of the pack. This is a drop in class the values there to take on the solid looking RUE ST DENIS who might be a good one for the Nicholls team on debut.

KALPAGA was 5th at Ludlow on seasonal bow and look laboured. She will need to be fitter for that run and find previous form to win here but the drop in class today will give her a chance for a place at least.

    FAKENHAM
    1.20 - FAKENHAM - FOR GINA 9/4 - 1 point win
    2.30 - FAKENHAM - PRETENDING 9/4 - 2 point win

Two BRYONY FROST rides. FOR GINA has improved significantly over the past year and she finally picked up a creditable win at Uttoxexter in June. This was followed up by a close second on seasonal reappearance. Frost takes over riding duties and the main rival here STAR LEGEND must carry an extra 4lbs when his claimer is taken into account. STAR LEGEND drops in class after recent win but must defy penatly against the improving horse FOR GINA.
I did a big write up on PRETENDING last week before she was withdrawn, Last seen at Cheltenham when second in a listed race. This is a class 4 race so i’m baffled how she isn’t the favourite here as she’s ran well at Listed and class 2 in her previous two outings. 9/4 looks value for a bigger bet and hopefully she does the business.

    LINGFIELD
    12.00 - ILLCO DE COTTE 11/10 - 1 point win
    1.10 - SAO CARLOS - 6/5 - 1 point win
Two short prices here not much I have tracked or fancy at Lingfield. ILLCO DE COTTE stands out as a good bet today. He’s moved to the Skeltons for a big price, has been well supported and demolished rivals in his Irish bumper debut.

Olly Murphys SAO CARLOS didn’t look pushed, nor tested when winning at Market Rasen on debut, however the horse has had difficulties and faced a long lay off (nearly a year) Quite a short price for a horse with plenty to prove today but still looks the obvious winner of the race based on that sole effort alone.

    Awful month

    VIP FRIDAY

Please read carefully guys. I will post up full results for last month on Monday. Not been a good month for November, never usually is but that was a rough one. Thanks for all the support and those that have stuck with us as it’s not been smooth sailing. (I have full results that will be posted here and then stuck up on the website) - Not going to hide away from bad months but they do happen and we just have to do our best to crack on and get back to profit for December!

    MUSSELBURGH (Potentially called off)

Tracker horse FLORIDA DREAMS runs in the 11.55 today at the price - it’s either look for lengths, add to multiples or just watch today. Grade 2 winner running in a class 4, should essentially be a run out today and hard to imagine beat if fit.

    DONCASTER

    3.10 - MY BROTHER JACK 14/1 & GIFT OF RAAJ 10/1 - 0.5 EW - 5 paid

Only race at Doncaster I’m trying today and I’m having two small Ew bets on these two. I feel that MY BROTHER JACK is better than his last few efforts and an eased mark should give him place chances. GIFT OF RAAJ has won here in a class 4 race and returns to preferred trip today.

    NEWBURY

JEIRKO DU REPONET 4/11 runs in the 12.10 NEWBURY. Another tracker that is short price. This one is meant to be the next second coming. Honestly the most hyped up horse I’ve seen this year. He’s meant to be destroying everything at home on a canter without breaking a sweat. That work now needs to be translated to the race course. All we have seen so far is bumper form. Might be worth a small double with FLORIDA DREAMS but just for interest. The real bet here today is Cheltenham ANTE POST for the Supreme. This horse is currently 12/1 (already well backed in and that price will vanish if he runs a big race today) He’s facing a worth rival in CENTARA who will follow him home most likely so we should see a fair race.

    12.40 - DJELO - 9/4 - 1 point win

A competitive affair but DJELO looks to be in good stead after a win mid November at Aintree beating our pick MASTER CHEWY with a huge run and strong finish. Netywell and Real Stone especially have come out of that race and ran well franking the form and I think MASTER CHEWY was handicapped incredibly well for that race so to beat him on those terms was impressive. Hopefully he arrives in the same form today and is able to contend with a 7lb rise for that effort.
    2.25 - IRON BRIDGE - 6/1 - 1 point EW

Holds very solid form claims for this class 2 race and a model of consistency with hardly a bad run o his name. Full record reads 111115122, he’s come up the handicap ranks nicely over the past year and might be a good one to follow in 2024. Recent prices for this horse have been 2/8, 10/3, 2/1, so this looks good EW value today for IRON BRIDGE. However, he’s been off 8 months at this point and he may well need the run. Keep him tracked regardless.

3.00 NEWBURY - No Bet - good race to watch today!

Best race of the day this not putting an official tip up but will discuss the race. MARIES ROCK is a star but at 8/11 very short considering it’s her first race back. Any cobwebs will leave the door open for DASHEL DRASHER who for me is the value pick at 10/3 - he will try make all most likely and with a run under his belt already this year I’d rather have my money on the 10/3 than 8/11 despite the fact that MARIES ROCK has beaten DASHEL in big races before.

At 11 years old now you have to ask how much PAISLEY PARK has left as a stayer at this level. I think many thought he was finished last year. His season included 2 graded wins over Champ and Goshen in the end. He must be respected and offers EW value for the PAISLEY PARK fans. I like betting on PAISLEY as you will very rarely not get a good run.

I track FLIGHT DECK and I’m not convinced he is fully out of his depth here but will probably find a couple too good. At 25/1 he’s a big price but we can only get 2 places paid here. You would imagine that two of these finish ahead of him even at his best.

    3.35 NEWBURY - ESPOIR DE ROMAY 33/1 - 0.5 EW

Ste has a tip for this one but I’m having a small EW on ESPOIR DE ROMAY who looks overpriced here with 4 paid or 5 paid with sky (22/1) for the extra place. Not much to like about his recent Cheltenham run but he can only strip fitter for that. Well worth noting he’s drastically improved after a tune up run the past 3 years. Has run well at this class company before so worth a small go.

    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED 3.5

    Southwell cancelled today ❌

Looks like Lingfield goes ahead. Two here from Aidan. I have two trackers in the same race at Wolves tonight, I’ll post them soon but that will be it for the day. Tomrorow looks a lot better with HAYDOCK / KEMPTON and LUDLOW hopefully going ahead…

    LINGFIELD

    12.00 - DAVIDS DIVA 5/1 (1 point EW)

This looks a fairly competitive apprentice handicap but DAVIDS DIVA looks to have a good each way chance, she’s shown plenty in her qualifying runs and wasn’t far behind a subsequent winner on her return from break at Chelmsford last month.

    3.35 - MUMAYAZ 11/2 (1 point EW)

Now been 16 runs since last win which came at Dundalk in October 2021, been through a patch lately of seconditis but not beaten by far and could be about time for this one to go in again.

    VIP Wednesday

    Lingfield

    1.35 - PRENUP 20/1 (1 point EW)

Picked up three successes this year between 7f and 1m1f and produced another fine effort from the front when third in a Class 2 handicap at Newmarket. Only had a couple of runs over this trip and is still unexposed so further progression can’t be ruled out, holds each way claims.

    3.20 - STREET LIFE 9/1 (1 point EW)

Last success came at Catterick from a 15lb higher mark back in June but has a rather patchy record ever since but ran well for most of the race at Wolverhampton 3 weeks ago before weakening close to home. If building on that run then should go close here.

    Ludlow

    2.35 - MAGICAL MAGGIE 2/1 (1 point win)

She’s won 5 of her 10 starts and placed in two others. Returns from a 6 month break but has a good record fresh, only gone up 17lbs from her opening mark of 100 and looks the one to beat.

    3.40 - JIM DE SARTI 2/1 (1 point win)

Nicky Henderson sounded positive about this one in a stable tour, won a 1m6f French bumper on soft ground in April and looks worthy of a small win bet.

    One from ste
1325 Ludlow- My Bobby Sazzler 5/1 ( 1 point ew)

Only the 7 runners and I don't think you can fully write off any of them but Bobby Dazzler I think is the one to follow here at just about eachway odds, fairly useful over hurdles picking up three wins from 15 all coming at Aintree and he was also tried at group level last year picking up a third behind Mahler Mission and The Real Whacker who's won a grade 1&2 chase since, struggled in the grade 1 Sefton Novices' Hurdle afterwards and his form over hurdles this year has took a dip going no better than second in February but he bounced back to winning ways switched to fences in June getting up at the first time of asking in a four runner race over 2m 4f at Chepstow and he probably needed the run lto returning from a break to finish seventh of 11 over 2m 7f although the winner Inch House went in again at Newbury over the weekend and looked impressive, has gone close at similar distances over hurdles in the past, has dropped 2lb and if building on that last effort and if he can get to the front early on then I think he'll go close in a tricky looking race.

    VIP THURSDAY

Good morning all. We just managed the one winner yesterday aso hopefully a better day today despite Wincanton and Leicester being called off. I’m a bit behind on my messages at the moment, I will get back to everyone who has messaged me before the end of the day! I’ve not done golf the past few weeks as not keen on the South African tournaments but we will be back with golf soon. Good luck all.

    2.15 MARKET RASEN - ROGER RAREBIT 13/8 - 1 point win
    3.25 MARKET RASEN - DIAMOND KODA 2/1 - 1 point win

Won eased down on seasonal reappearance in heavy conditions. Should improve for the run despite being under penalty. He should have too much for rivals today. DIAMOND KODA was just touched off by CHOCCABLOC at 50/1 on debut and proved that to be no fluke with another big run at Sandown when well ahead of the pack in a class 4 race and missed out by a head to the short priced fav. Drops back in class today, maintains the partnership Hughes and looks the one to beat despite not being favourite at time of writing.

    VIP LONGSHOTS

Two long shots here I’ve been waiting for STALLONE to go back up in trip as he’s been finishing out his races nicely off he pace. An extra furlong should unlock a bit more improvement and he’s hovering around aa winnable mark. PRINCE ABU is winless in 15 at this point but he’s showing signs of winning races soon. He’s already done the job at this C&D for his last win off a mark of 64, he’s now 10lbs below his last winning mark and recent runs have shown he’s getting closer to the winners enclosure.

    1.22 SOUTHWELL - STALLONE 8/1 - 4 paid - 1 point EW
    2.32 SOUTHWELL - PRINCE ABU 13/2 - 4 paid - 1 point EW

    VIP MONDAY

We usually always take Mondays off but I’m having a few bets today on trackers so all welcome to follow. Again with the weather as it is, I’m only betting small.

    AYR

    FLORIDA DREAMS 12.20

Tracker horse FLORIDA DREAMS runs in the 12.20. It’s odds on, I did a write up on this one last week before it was pulled. One I’m following this season. Lots of potential. You can get 6/4 to win for 5 lengths but I just hope he wins personally. Horse last seen in a Grade 2, this is a big drop in competition after looking out of the ordinary when winning two bumpers impressively. You would expect Lucinda Russels ESPIRIT DU POTIER to get back to winning ways today in the next race another short price that should complete the double.

    1.20 AYR - MAROWN - 15/2 - 3 paid - 0.5 ew

Sky are paying 3 places with 7 running in this 1.20. I think both of the horse coming in at top weight look overpriced here but stuck with MAROWN out of the two who has been performing well of this mark and in conditions. Look at his Carlisle race where he came 2nd in heavy conditions. He drops back down in trip today to 2miles 4 where he has had success multiple times at this course and in soft/heavy muddy conditions which it will surely be today.

    CHELMSFORD

    7.00 - JUMAIRA BRIDGE 6/1 - 5 paid - 0.5 EW

C&D winner, 5lb claimer on board we landed on JUMIRA BRIDGE when capitalizing on a falling mark in October. The horse ran ok at Wolves last time and finished 5th but was never really involved at the finish and therefore is eased down by 1lb for tonights race. Racing well at the moment hard to see outside the top 5 here. This is class 6 rock bottom racing with the best horse in the race only rated 53.

    LINGFIELD

    3.05 - KANSAS DU BERLAIS 4/1 - 1 point win (1.5 with the saver COLONIAL EMPIRE`)

Really complicated form with KANSAS DU BERLAIS who started the season finishing 4th at Sandown in a race he probably should of won. He was well held in 4th but that race was won by OPERATION MANNA (won for us on Saturday went into tracker after watching him beat Kansas LTO) Today KANSAS drops down in grade to class 3, he’s a further 2lb lower in the handicap but still remains a solid price at 4/1. I’ve had a bet on KANSAS and a saver on COLONIAL EMPIRE who is 8/1 and 4 places paid on Sky.

    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED - 2.5

GOOD LUCK ALL HAVE A NICE DAY!

Bit boring at Fontwell but nothing of a price I fancy to be honest guys. One for Southwell later and will see if anything for Wincanton now (tips posted before 11.30 am)

    FONTWELL

    12.40 - QUEL DESTIN - 10/11 - 1 point win

Non runner in this race has knocked this bet into odds on at 10/11. It’s only a two runner race now, QUEL DESTIN should have too much quality today and is proven on heavy ground, currently unbeaten.

    3.10 - AVILES - 5/4 - 1 point win

Another shorty but with the Moore team now hitting strike you would like to think that AVILES will win today after hitting the bar in his past 5 races. He was a nose away LTO under Jamie Moore but has the benefit of Houllihans 3lb claim today in what’s arguably a weaker race than LTO.

    SOUTHWELL

    6.30 - THAKI - 25/1 - 1 point EW - 4 paid

Last won off a mark of 66 and runs of 68 today. 5th LTO in a bunched finished and second before hand. THAKI is a horse that you will either get a solid run from or he bombs out. Lets hope for the former today. Well worth a smack go at a big EW price with 4 places paid. Group favourite BANKRUPT is the favourite at 9/2… anyone fancy him to make it 5 in a row tonight?
