KHCT driver out of his depth past Goole.

Pleasant scenic tour of London before game incl. Lords and some swanky big gaff nearby with a topless woman in the garden.

I remember Alan Warboys scoring twice when we beat Tottenham Hotspurs 2-0 on a Tuesday night at Boothferry Park in the league. A result that was sprayed on a wall down Parliament Street in town and remained for many years after. The lad who climbed onto the pitch to apprehend the Millwall fan was far from being a toe rag. The Millwall fan was gobbing off as he was being led away and gesturing to us in the Well. So you could say he asked for it. It was the 70's after all.

Thought it was somebody else, who didn't get done, not Garry. Mind must be going in my dotage.

I know who you are thinking of and the incident. It was definitely GH. Big character on the terraces back in the day, sadly no longer with us.

Yes, I remember Garry. Someone who used to go to City in those days mentioned him to me a couple of years ago at a Brid Town match funny enough. He knew the mate you went to Brentford with on Saturday as well.

The panorama programme was screened either late November or early December 1977, it was all geared up for our match v Spurs on Boxing Day, so the 3-2 match in question was a few months afterwards.
