Tbf, if he'd left out the second sentence I don't think many people would mind. This vag is a waste of spunk and the world is overpopulated... Would be nice if we could talk about the match on the match thread instead of entertaining some friendless cockmuncher's ego...
Yeah maybe. I just felt with Elmo running back to where he did, it may have stopped McGregor getting a full stretch for the ball. It looked that way to me anyway.
Unless something drastic happens it looks like we may get on first on tonights MOTD. Michael Owen's the guest and he commentated the game for BT so we should hopefully get some praise.
A view here, on dives by Torres, and now Nasri: http://metro.co.uk/2013/08/31/anoth...rformance-is-overshadowed-by-diving-3944606/?
Michael Owen gave the MOTM to Fernandinho, which should tell you how much he was paying attention to our performance.
Quality game of football today. Was listening to it at work and I could not believe how well we played if im honest. A fair result would have been 0-0 or 1-0 perhaps as man-city are a quality team with excellent attacking players.. was a little disappointed the game ended 2-0 as it was definitely not deserved. We have a lot to look forward to over the next 2 months or so as we play a lot of mid-lower end table teams. With the type of performances we've seen so far, I think we'll be above the relegation zone by the end of December. So far we've played a buzzing Chelsea team and looked good once we settled.. Did extraordinary with 10 men against Norwich, took all 3 points.. And today, were the better team for most of the match and probably had the better chances to win it... We just need to pray now that Bruce & the Allams can work their magic before the window closes on Monday and hope we hear some good news. Well done city!
Can't believe how many of you have replied to the plastic fan today. It's very simple, anyone who claims to support a team from a city they have no link to is a clueless **** with no valid opinion on football whatsoever. They aren't supporters cos all they do is buy a shirt from soccer sports and sit in a pub watching their supposed team. They don't go to games so why even reply to them? It validates their pathetic existence and gives them a sense of being equal with a real fan, which of course they could never be. They know nothing about football and should be treated with the distaste they deserve and ignored.
Really proud of the lads today. Not only heart and effort but some good passing and technique shown too. Well done Brucey. Now we just need to try and get a striker sorted.
Yep. The presenter on BBC's Final Score mentioned that it was a "dogged" display by us today. Bollocks was it "dogged" - there was a lot of genuine quality in our play.
Or theirs. How he could rate the almost anonymous Fernandinho over Silva or the powerful Negredo suggests he wasn't even watching the game. I wouldn't have rated Fernandumbo in their top-6 players, and most of ours were much better
