    This, bit of non-news. This is basically MA's plan to follow the Arsenal template. Would be nice to discover the next Fabregas mind.

    There's always five or six youth players let go at the end of every season, aren't there. I know this is different and that we had high hopes for most but not even Ranger made the grade, and he was in the first team for two seasons. It's just that these players are more "high profile" than the typical released reserve player.
