Like a nice crisp dry lager personally, like Asahi or Budvar. Although there's a local micro brewery that do a an American style IPA that's nice and hoppy.

There's a local micro brewery near me that make a great America styled IPA. It's quite light, nice and hoppy and very crisp. Lovely drop. They often attend the same Food and Drink events as me, so I usually get to sample some of their wares These guys http://www.dynamitevalley.com/
