My first thought though was Roma, only reason is because I know Jose is their manager, so he probably played lots of tippy tappy and his team ended up scoring the OG and lost the game 0-1.

Correct.

Even more incredible is that it was the Napoli - Spezia match last Wednesday. Napoli started the season on fire - won their first 8 and 10 of their first 11, since which time the wheels have dropped off somewhat. Spezia were and are 4th from bottom.
