In my opinion it’s better to look to peer review to encourage continuous schoolimprovement rather than league tables which are used to force academisation as an objective in its own right rather than a means to improve

That’s decent. The problem with supply is getting the work but If you develop a good rep you will get the work.

She is never out of work tbh. Being supply suits our way of life as we like foreign holidays and prefer to take them during term time which is obviously cheaper.

One year the company I worked for decided to give the staff a bottle of wine for Xmas. It turned out,, as at that time I was the youngest, they were one bottle short so I didn't get one. As it was a bottle of Liebfrauenmilch , the general consensus was that I was the lucky one.
