Just listening to a podcast with Pete Graves and he suggests that Wood could have a future with us as an impact sub from the bench.

thoughts?

It's only really acceptable for him to be 4th choice next season, then moved on the season after.

We did go on a good run with him in the side, and he seems like a decent bloke but let's face it, he is ****e.

Ekitike and another forward needed, Wood to only play in a freak injury situation.

The ****ing useless unit can’t score. What “impact” could he possibly have?!

No self respecting club should ever, EVER, throw a big lad on as any kind of strategy.

Did we basically buy wood to buy aid our own survival but to derail Burnley’s.

One had a massive negative impact on the other. Maybe a master stroke.

As soon as Wilson was back he was straight in and started scoring goals.

We were legit desperate for any striker at the time, we didn't have anyone.

I think we all said if we stay up it's 25m well spent, it isn't really but who cares, we stayed up.

Like all of us I was hoping for more goals from Wood. He was a desperation signing and helped us to a degree - champions League form - but with a low goals return.

Eddie will look at it, but I guess that he'll stay in the squad and get some playing time.

After all, he's always scored in the Premiership, with weaker sides than us. But I can't deny that some of the critism around here is hard but fair.

So again I have been told that all the financials are setup for Botman. But it’s the player who has the decision in hand. He prefers AC Milan so is holding out for them.

But if they don’t have the finances then he will come to us.

Don’t know what to think about this? Milan have just won the league and will be in the champions league.
