We all have our own level for achievement type in life and its good to see Chris has found his level.
His efforts are much appreciated and its good to see that it is being acknowledged.
Well done, Chris Ramsey.

Bringing Chris in.....and then bring him back after the clubs bad decision to make him manager, have been great high points in the recruitment process.
I know he has also acted as first team coach later on....

I hope the club ensure we keep him and extend Chris's youth development powers...and I hope if McLaren comes in...this is pointed out to him.
(Same with Gary Penrice. I hope his role is also ring-fenced)

Gary Penrice is apparently a freelance scout, rather than a club employee.

Much as I think McClaren is a good move it does make you wonder what Ramsey might have achieved now as manager given that 'his kids' now make up a good percentage of the first team squad.

A smart manager would keep a successful youth coach; and would support recruitment of good youth talent to improve, grow and move up.
A smart owner would not allow a youth structure that is rebuilding to be dismantled.
