5live this morning seem to think its over a new contract extension dispute, another good reason not to try and sort out contracts during the season <ok>

I think he would have got them out of relegation, especially with their games in hand.
 
It would be nice to have him back here until he gets a new Managers job.Either way I wish him all the best for the future great guy deserves better.

Owners clearly wanted to bring their own man in, considering he's Belgian and associated with Standard Liege, so were probably just looking for an excuse to sack him, just a couple of days after a FA Cup quarter final ffs.
