If he's making you a profit that's good news. If he's improving your position year on year, that's impressive. If he's doing both, gold dust. As I said in another post, the easy option is to say he's had 3 attempts to get us up and failed, so get rid. I also said the easy option is not necessarily the right option. He seems to be doing a sound job which is more than can be said for a lot of managers on the merry-go-round. Don't chuck the baby out with the bathwater.
