I dont see what authority the BHA have over anyone outside their little club , unless he owns a horse or share of . Thats like Sepp Splatter trying to do Eric Bristow . Take my legal advise Chops and tell em to **** right off .

surely if he is found guilty then it can lead to criminal charges as it must be a form of fraud.
My opinions of him are well known so I will just say this pushes him a little further down in my estimation, if thats possible.

From his statement I get the impression he has been advised he has only broken their rules, not the law. Not really sure what to make of it - if it is counted as fraud I imagine we will soon hear about it
