"There is a lot of precedent around playing an ineligible player and that ranges from the clerical errors around the transfer window, when they get small points deductions, to more serious situations," said Palios. "I think following the [Carlos] Tevez affair it is neccessary for a statement to be made. This is more serious than a clerical error, so deserves a points deduction almost certainly. "The second charge with regard to illegal payment to agents, I think there is a precedent when Luton got 10 points deducted for doing that. - Mark Palios (Former FA chief)

It's amazing how this issue is starting to smell like the Leeds 15 points farce, when we were in League 1, why this has been allowed to impact on the calendar dates of the play-offs is simply pathetic by the FA. As for the points deduction, I'm at last pleased to see that some are waking up to the fact that the QPR leadership, have conducted themselves far more disgracefuly than West Ham, and I stated at the time, when this was all announced some months back that a 15 point deduction was the least I could see happening, at the time there was a lot of sentiments towards QPR fans and players, but in reality it has nothing to do with them. If QPR do not get a points deduction there will rightly be complaints from clubs that have erred far less, yet have recieved a points deduction, one such club that would fit this is Luton. I have, as I've said before no sympathy for a club that cheats, and fields a player that is not legitimate!................

I wouldnt normally wish it on any clubs fans to go through what QPR fans are now.....however I have generally found most of them to be a bunch of ****ers so will chuckle to myself when the 15pt deduction happens.
