I like curry chips and fried rice... chips go with anything it's just potato... an entire thread on potato... 1 week to go thankfully.
Yes to chips with chinese but you need plenty of curry sauce as the potato can dry the meal out. Also it's better the day after or even the day after that when the flavours have mingled together more. Shot it all on a plate slop the curry sauce over..mix it together a bit half way through warming up, use the prawn crackers as little edible spoons to eat it.
