I always eat beef blue, it's the only way! And pretty much any meat that doesn't have to be cooked through I'll eat the same, it's all about the blood oozing out of the meat!

Me too, I've had my favourite Indian takeaway put in a naga jolokia for me before as tried the majority of ones in Leeds and they're never hot enough, where I've moved they don't deliver so I only ever get to order them now on a special occasion.

Less likely to get the runs with Chinese. I'd play safe.

Absolutely. If it isn't bleeding send it back :)

Plus you get the best cut of meat the restaurant has. They save the **** stuff for those who like "well done", because by the time they have finished cremating it you won't know how bad the meat was.

If in Guernsey go to the Taj Mahal. (Is there a Taj Mahal restaurant in every town/city in the country do you think?)

Ask for Raj's (Raj = owner and chief chef) Spinach Lamb. He won the Silver Medal in the UK's best indian chef competition for it. Absolutely fabulous.
