Done. City through and through. Born in the wrong era.
Fabulous to see numerous ex-City players contributing, alongside so many fans. Even Grant McCann has put a ton in, fair play to the gaffer.
Five grand in three hours - chapeau, Monsieur Richard!
Bravo Colt Construction Ltd.
Maybe he owns a house.“Chris Chilton has been suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's for a number of years now, but the situation has worsened this year. Chris needs 24-hour care, but the social services won't provide him with this.”
juat to ask rich?
why won’t the social services pay for this?
The cost of care is ridiculous, is the plan just to pay for respite care for a further few weeks? As I don’t think a funding page could carry on paying for the long term.
Sorry if it comes across harsh
As his son is looking at selling his own house to fund his Dad's care, I wouldn't have thought so, but there'll be a lot more to this than we know.Maybe he owns a house.
I cant find the quote now but, although they seemed to say about selling his house, reading it again I was unsure. If his family were selling a house and he didnt have a house then where would he live if he didnt go to a care home full time? Maybe they meant to say they were selling Chris's house. I would have thought his would have been sold years ago and he would have moved in with family if he was ill.As his son is looking at selling his own house to fund his Dad's care, I wouldn't have thought so, but there'll be a lot more to this than we know.

And if that’s the case then they will want that moneyI cant find the quote now but, although they seemed to say about selling his house, reading it again I was unsure. So maybe they are going to keep the money from the sale to pay for the care home part time and the money is for the family to get away for a rest some time. And if that’s the case then they will want that money
You can’t get out of paying for your care unless he moved in with family years and years ago
