After a **** day at work and having to watch Sheff U v Newcastle with the Mrs I went on bike for bit of first half of Everton v Wolves.

flat rides on turbo are boring, so bang on some prodigy/chemical bros.

 

Must have been tough riding when you got to sea ?

 

The mrs just had to throw buckets of water at me to simulate it

 

Did a 5k last night, first one since the weekend wobble. Got my balance back to an extent.

It was not easy, I'm struggling with the monotony of it more than anything . Probs needs lighter nights when I can see more than just what's in front of me.

In more interesting news, I got back from run and managed to leave my car running on its own for an hour and 45 minutes outside where I was staying. Which was nice.

Only noticed when I went to close the curtains or else it would have ran all night until the fuel ran out. Or someone nicked it.

 

Was a massive fan of running in the past. But had my cartilage trimmed in right knee 5 years ago, would hate to think of my 5k time now if I started again. Only reason I took up cycling really, low impact endurance exercise. Do miss running however as its something you can do whenever/wherever, plus swimming os ****ing horrible
