Reckon you'd be better off buying 40kg of nappies next time you're down at Costco and using that as your Gym instead.
The tread one is £2500. Lot of money when you can go run outside for free. I'd hope once you buy that you don't have to pay monthly on top but doesn't look like it.
Yeah outdoors for me too. I live in a tiny cottage so needs must really. Could always dig the floor out one day and sink a swimming pool in there I suppose.
Tel don't like the cold. Should get himself a big **** off John Motson Sheepskin and go running in that.
its the new normal...... Social interaction is a thing of the past, but guess many will have cheap peleton gear available for sale once the self motivation becomes thy own demon. How many gadgets for fitness are gathering dust over the years in people's house's...... I'd say fking **** loads. Which leads me into the Eddie izzard story on his marathon a day for a month conquest...... Hats off to him..... I openly admit I would never have that grit over the minds tricks he would have had to have dealt with 2 complete his personal battle....... Very Impressed by his strength of character
Yeah a lot of folk thought Eddie Izzard was just a cross dressing homo. Blokes got ****ing balls of steel though. Gym equipment isn't for me. I'd much rather be outside in the fresh air, taking in the sights and sounds. But I get it, if you live in a City or pressed for time, then going to the Gym/ using equipment at home can be a decent option. Anything that promotes exercise is a good thing tbh.
I only live in a small cottage because I can't afford a big house. But if I had a big house, I'd just fill it full of crap I didn't need.
Going to do some fell running. You heard of Cefn Bryn? King Arthur's stone and that. That's up where we were today, a few fell runners out and it looks a good crack. A lot less boring than on road. Just one little slip from a snapped tibia too!
Better for your knees too I've got membership at the Golf club for the swimming pool, been using it mainly for splashing about with my daughter over xmas. But I'll get in there during the day when shes' back at school and do 1/2 mile swims 2-3 times per week from now on until the spring. You use your bike much ? Reckon there must be some decent trails around your way.
I've not heard of the King Arthur stone dude but the only Cefn Bryn I know is down Swansea........... I've heard of the King Arthur pub on the common though. Fell running would definitely be more appealing to me than road running mind...... The more fresh air the better
I don't, no. I need to get my two sons going and get out more. There aren't enough hours in the day tbh.
I'm surrounded by trails dude....I'm sure chief has got some great hills to climb and all...... Its the out of the house type persons dream.
