    Went for chicken instead of steak. On a bit of a purge at the minute.

    Felt my knee lock a bit when I was running. I am categorically not going to accept another injury so soon.

    I’ll have to strap everything up tomorrow! <laugh>

    Knackered my back at the weekend, weeding followed by foot golf ffs!

    As a result, two spasms while playing actual golf the following day and I'm ****ed. Seems to be easing now though but I'm very wary of doing anything.

    So, gym and squash cancelled this week to try to be fit for proper golf Friday evening and Saturday. Hopefully it'll be sorted by next week, and having my own car back instead of this ****ign dinky Ka+ I'm having to use will help, but if not I'll be having it seen to privately.

    I'm not pissing about with it and being fobbed off by a GP or overworked NHS hospital doctor.

    I love how at the beginning of this thread everyone was bang up for it posting their fitness ****. 30 pages in about 6 weeks and since then it's just died off big time <laugh>
