The pool near me is finally finished. Went for a swim there the other day, it's ****ing lovely. Nice and warm, low level lighting. Sauna and Spa to use in the price. Nice hot rain showers in the changing rooms. Like a 5 star hotel and all for £6. Job's a good un'. Will probs get membership over the winter months. But summer is coming so I'll be in the sea most days
Got another bastard injury. Not the popliawhatsit behind the knee this time, although on same leg, this is ankle. Started hurting last week so i had a week off anything. Played golf Saturday, seemed ok, had a decent run at the gym Monday with it strapped, again ok. Played squash last night though and got through the match easy enough but am limping today and it's swollen up, proper painful. **** knows, I haven't sprained it or anything. The type of thing a GP will just issue anti inflammatories for and **** me off out of the room so don't know what best to do. Rest, ignore and crack on, or go private.
Started cutting on Monday. That's losing body fat for those who think I may be a troubled Emo. Same as last year, high fat low carb meal plan, absolutely smash the cardio and bob's yer uncle. Starving now though.
I've been hobbling today. My lower back seems to be aching like ****, and some pain in the hip. Proper hobbling. I may need to go to a gym at this rate.

I did my back lifting sofas few years back, got physio and apparently it was my form/technique. Was all wrong and I was using the wrong muscles etc May sound soft/daft but do they do a lifting seminar where you work? Oh and stretching. Or a sports massage if you can get one
