Just popped in to see if anyone is talking about HIAG. Seems not, good. Had chicken parmigiana with homemade slaw in a wholemeal wrap for dinner. Overnight oats with raspberries for breakfast. A good start to Monday! Squash later.
Porridge oats, soaked overnight. In a jar, cover with unsweetened almond milk. My staple is add a shot of coffee, tea spoon of chia seeds, dried berries (goji/cranberry etc.) small scoop of banana protein powder. Stir and leave overnight, eat for breakfast.
10 miles on the bike today, across the moors. It was ****ing muddy as **** and some parts submerged. Tough going and had to spend as long cleaning the bike as I did riding it.
I'll be thinking of you this Sunday. All them extra supplements and magazines must make your job a feckin nightmare!!!
Back at boxing in a few hours. Defensive work and jabs only. Can't let my right hand off just yet but hopefully I should be good to go with it in a few weeks time.
