Do you have a facile, incredibly superficial knowledge about absolutely everything? Football, music, politics, food, wine, the law, now sports science. Do you actually have an understanding of anything?
And Marathon running, Helicopter piloting, Nightclub developing, Harvard lecturing ... have I missed any ?
Of course they were HIAG Next you'll be telling us that you never claimed that you were a helicopter pilot.
Don't tell Tel, but I've downloaded an App for HRV analysis. As I understand it, HRV is the gap between heart beats and can help you think about your recovery and stress levels after a workout. https://www.hrv4training.com/quickstart-guide.html
Anyone else think we should merge this thread with https://www.not606.com/threads/what-the-f-uck-are-you-having-for-dinner-thread.151187/?
I used to do a lot of that, I ended up focusing heavily on the nervous systems and that helped me develop my technique and write my own plans.
All a bit arse backwards again last night due to the place being roofed out. Did 10 minute bike warm up 5k treadmill run Then I got on the bench and did four sets of 8 bench press 4 sets of eight flies but on a seated machine 4 sets of 8 incline bench press, on machine 4 sets of 8 squats. Then did 4 sets of 15 twists with the sand bag. Was ****ed after that, can't lie. Will do weights/cardio in correct order tonight hopefully, it's usually quieter on a wednesday for some reason. No idea what I'll do, depends on availability. Back and shoulders though.
Looks the right way to me, cardio before weights, for warming up legs it's perfect. After a big session there's no way I'd have anything left in the tank to go for a run!
