No gym today so got 8000 steps in this morning. Got a 4.5 mile hilly walk later so aiming for 25000 today then got a horrible full body session tomorrow morning before football. Porridge, almond milk, blueberries and two scoops of protein for breakfast because I’m a ****.
That’s class mate. I’m doing Mount Korab in Albania in the summer which is meant to be a pretty solid 10 hours or so. The distance isn’t an issue but the elevation is ****.
Been given some magenesium, omega 3 and vitamin d3 to take every day. No idea what any of them do but don’t see the harm in it.
I can't do avocado like.. used to blend it with cucumbers sour apple aminos mint lemon juice and spinach but I can't be arsed now... I got sick to death of cleaning the nutri bullet .... it's the little things that grind you down
