Last visit ever to my current gym this evening. Time for a change though, so **** it. Will have to do something outdoors as of next week till new project kicks off. Think I'll follow it up with a last ever visit to the local pub for some of their excellent steak and chips.
You're like the guy I see at the gym 6.30am every day and then I see him in greggs at 8am on my way back to the hoose
Well not quite. I don't do this every time, it's just it's my last week wrapping up this contract I'm on so I won't be back. I just happen to also want a decent bit of food cooked for me in the local pub after tonight's gym visit. Wil have a couple of pints too you know.
People that over dress in the gym are only interested in looking at themselves in the mirror. I laugh at them Plain shorts old t shirt, but I do wear decent trainers... Thats all that's required.
I can't get away with boots. They **** my achilles up. Trail runners for me. Lightweight, they can get wet and dry really quickly.
Have a treadmill, is a cheap and cheerful one though. I’m not into running at all but when I was putting together my home gym thought I should have one. If you are planning on using it a lot I’d spend a bit more and get a decent one
I'm the opposite, has to be boots. Been thinking of some hiking shoes for the summer, but never seem to take the plunge
Reebok, ZR9 model to be precise. Think it was about £500 when I bought it. Does what it says on the tin, but I can definitely see if it was used more than once/twice max a week it not being durable enough
Yay thats one of mine! You ever get any problems with it, let me know. Generally we recommend no more than 10 hours of use per week on it. Its discontinued now, but it was one of our best models for years
Tried every huel product and the only thing I'm continuing with is the plant based protein powder and replacing whey with it..
