After the first week of indoor riding to get some fitness I gave it a push tonight. Surprised how bad it felt Just looking at inside of garage door or bikes hanging up, dreaming of outdoor riding.
Is it harder when you are cycling in the sea? My Fitbit does this when I am out running. It looks like I am taking shortcuts through everybody's gardens and then the distance is lower than actual. If I walk its fine. I like to think its because the GPS signal can't keep up with me as I am moving so fast.
Another miserable evening on the Turbo trainer. looking at bikes and the garage door while I pedal. Climbing tonight and have a sore knee now.
Pushing it too hard now. 40 mins or so of chest and now in the massage chair for 10 because I’m ****ed. Will probably pop back later as doing **** all tonight.
I'm almost 80 miles into my January challenge. As you can see, it's ****in hard graft out in those conditions. Got 10 days left before I can surf again too. Absolutely champing at the bit for that
I'm curious mate, how come your wheels are not covered in mud, did you just place the bike in for the photo shot?
Lol, some parts of my ride are so wet, it’s literally like going through a car wash. usually end up coming home looking like this though.
