Sprints is the way fwd mate... Unless you're training for a distance race or if course if you simply enjoy long distance running. Just do 16/8 fasts with some hiit...
You shouldn't max out every day either.. You should be running shorter distances some days and the odd one or two longer.

Nah I'm in good shape mate. Now wrong with being fat though if you're happy with it, but if someone starts exercise they aren't, so why knock their efforts.
