What tech ****e is this....some sound surprised. Mrs gave the little one a scare in kitchen and she mentioned heart attack. Alexa kicked in and suggested to call a medical professions/subscribe to Amazon fitness.
No ride into the sea tonight. But after a belly full of cheese and onion pasties yesterday I couldn’t be arsed.
18lbs lost since start of the last lockdown (November iirc?) Thought I needed to lose about 14lbs but looks like I’ll need to drop about another 8 to get rid of the last few lbs of fat.
My brother lives just up the road, opposite Lewisham park hospital. In fact his flat looks out onto the park.
Words I've never had levelled at me since probably some especially **** pumps at primary school. Anyway, the insoles worked. Unbelievable actually, was sceptical that they'd be that good but was like running on air. Shame the weather has been so utterly bloody **** the weekend but I did manage a post work 5k on Friday evening and it didn't hurt. Which was a nice change.
I grew up in Lewisham. I used to live on Burnt Ash Rd near Hither Green station. My Granddad was a carpenter at Lewisham Hospital, where both my Mum and my Brother were born. That place is seared into my memory. Big up the SE13 massive
Averaging between 50-60 miles per week on the bike atm. ****ing hard going in the slop like. But will make it seem like a breeze when it all dries up.
50-60 MTB miles is tough going especially in this weather. Managed 350 indoor miles so far this year, so behind you in fitness I would say
I've seen your wattage stats bro, so I can see you're putting in some beans. But yeah, it's hard slog in the mud. Every pedal stroke requires about twice the effort.
