That's also a big problem. There is no point having a great player on the books if we are unlikely to get more than 20 games a season out of them. He has a little more about him than Harrold but will never be prolific going by what I have seen of him so far, and just isn't the one for us if you ask me. I REALLY hope he does play and prove me wrong by scoring 20+ goals for us next season, but I just don't see it happening.
Brunt really needs to prove himself this season. I can't see anyone shelling out for someone who's played so few games and scored few goals. If he sets off like a rocket he may attract some interest but there are too many reliable types out there for Brunt to be a serious transfer target. Having said that, I rate him from what I have seen and he might just be a secret weapon...
