Fancy two of Tom George's French-breds today at Cheltenham: 13:30 - Module 16:40 - Chartreux (Coupla singles and an e/w double) Best of luck today everyone!
L15 for me again, today. 1.30 - Aupcharlie 2.05 - Shutthefrontdoor 2.40 - First Lieutenant 3.20 - Oscar Whiskey The Pertemps looks wide open - I'm backing AP to get the gelding to kick on the last 4 furlongs. First Lieutenant (I've been told by someone who knows better than me, supposedly) has enough to hold off Cue Card up the hill on the run in - should be a really entertaining un-Cheltenhamy shoot-out that one. Best of luck, lads.
RP archives only go back so far Swanny by the look of things. The horse was Anaglogs Daughter who bolted up after making all in the 1980 Arkle. I believe she ran five days later,on her way home to Ireland, and won at Chepstow ridden chief fiddler Ferdy Murphy.

Hello Forum Folk, Long time lurker here (who has benefitted financially through lurking - mainly thanks to Stick). I've took the plunge and decided to sign up today. One I like the look of at a big price today is CATCH ME in the 2:05. Not in great form, but Cheltenham seems to bring the most out of this horse. A third, sixth in a Champion Hurdle and second in the same race last year. All these were achieved with a good jockey on it's back - Geraghty, Walsh and McCoy respectively. No such jockey on today, but given the record of long odds horses in this race, when added to the fact it's a 24 runner Handicap at Cheltenham, then anything can happen. A worthy each way dabble at 33/1, more in hope than expectation.
Here we go then ............... Module in the first, 16/1 is a very tasty price for such an unexposed horse with very good Cheltenham hurdle form
So Geraghty says that Captain Conan is a better horse than Simonsig, I find it hard to believe but I guess we shall see
