It would be interesting to see how he got on last year Oddy, seems to know his stuff.I wouldn't be getting involved in the world hurdle just yet,i like beat that but its such an open race

Think the biggest bit of news is Saphir Du Rheu reverting to the Cleeve and on to the World Hurdle, price went from 33/1 > 10/1 overnight. He would look to have a great chance as so far there is no outstanding 3mile hurdler this season,

More of That was hugely disappointing first time out, Annie Power goes Mares, Zakandar and Rock on Ruby need to prove they stay a proper 3 miles. Only danger i can see just now is Monksland who ran a lovely race after over a year out. Disappointed i missed the price though on SDR.

Beef we know you're a Mullins machine and can't hear a bad word about him (nothing wrong with that) but does not one incline of a sporting dream inside you make you wonder what the mare would be doing with a small trainer with few good horses?

If she has fitness issues, she shouldn't run at all. They should either be 100% or not run. As we know these days, they are scoped and if they arent right they don't go.

Optimum distance is a fallacy. There is zero proof to say that 2 and a half is better for her as opposed to 2m or even 3m I suppose given that she may have simply bumped into a top animal in the World Hurdle. Her keenness in the World suggests 3m shouldn't be her distance given her natural speed. Likewise I can't definitively say 2m is her optimum. None of us know because she hasn't raced against a top field over 2m yet.

She has trounced everything over 2m, has the size to make a chaser and could be a machine in any race against any sex against any horse.

I just can't believe that the Mares Hurdle will be all she walks away with in her career.

I would LOVE to be proven wrong and for Mullins to let her have a crack at something else but his nature is to win the easiest race you can, as you are 'lucky' to have a horse available to win any Cheltenham race, according to his interview in I think 2012.

Can see the logic behind it but he wasn't the best staying hurdler last time and he was aimed at fences hoping for a higher level of form. He will have to have improved and also follow the hoofprints of Big Bucks.

You never know and as you say, with the doubts about More Of That, it is an open race. I think Jonjo will have his horses peaking come March though, like he so often does.

Annie Power should have been in the mares race last year, only race she has a chance of winning.

Probably Conti but only because the fitness advantage over those being trained for 2 months time!

Couldnt have the top two in a million years.

Smad Place is interesting class wise but odds on he wont stay well enough.

Looks a staying handicappers race now so Many Clouds and Shutthefrontdoor would be looked at and I wouldnt discount Bobs Worth but the game is catching up with him.

Gun to my head for tomorrow id take the bullet.

Surely Shutthefrontdoor is being aimed at the National and this is just a run going in to him before being aimed for it!

Mullins could be lining him up the double, the morally sound banker owns him so undoubtedly the next big superstar of racing, easy Supreme win will put him spot on for the Neptune.

That would be some feat to do! Surely that would be too much for any horse winning to major grade 1 in less than 24hrs but would be amazing to do but potentially could ruin the horse

Ten pages in and I cant see a mention for VALUE AT RISK. Put him up pre season as a horse to follow and have been quietly backing him all season for the Neptune. Next run will be on trials day and after that you will have a new favourite for the race. Mark my words.

Kings Palace lol Will get ripped a new one again, just like last year NAP!

There's no value left in any of the markets now, bookies have them by the balls! Be best to wait to the day now for 85% of horses listed, but there's a few could shorten up. DON POLI if he goes to Leopardstown on Hennessey Day, for the PJ Moriarity (though I believe its changed name this yr) he'll be a short priced RSA favourite and rightly so. The 5/1 at the minute is probably one of the best priced horses left in the market. Forget the 4 miler race, this lad won't be in that, Mr O'Leary will get his way ;)

Glad I'm another 'Mullins Machine' TC, he's short of those I believe lol Some of you poor feckers will be hanging yourselves if he has a Festival Day 1 the bookies expect him to <laugh>

He is an absolute beast of a horse and trials day will see if my confidence is well placed.
