They all say the same thing - United outplayed Chelsea and Chelsea didn't do enough to deserve anything from the game. Chelsea didn't do enough to deserve anything, ergo United deserved the win. Of course if you're going to hang on the stats so much, how about admitting United deserved to win the 2008 CL final when we were vastly superior, VDS didn't make a single save from a Chelsea player and Terry made two goal line clearances... And I don't remember VDS having to cut a cross out with the slightest touch of his fingertips at full stretch. I do, however, remember Nani staying on his feet when he could have gone to ground and gotten Essien sent off when through of goal however. Maybe he should take lessons from Torres?
