Have to say that if he invented that one himself it's not at all bad. If it is someone else's then it's not in my memory.
I would prefer for us to get an early goal, as it would put pressure on Chelsea and then they would have to press when we are good at hanging on to leads. But Chelsea have only conceded five at home and us ten away from home...
I'm feeling optimistic about this one but for no good reason. I actually think the Chelsea defence might underestimate Pelle and he might just have a surprise or two for them. That's assuming he starts, I like many have been wanting to see him benched but those feelings have subsided. Think we will need his bulk up front but only if he brings some brains with it. I'm hoping a point is achievable here which will set us up well for the run-in. Can't believe that with 10 games to go we're still looking at european qualification.
The whole reason I've gone three at the back is to give us a system where Mane can run directly at them, up top, with little defensive responsibility on his shoulders. Pelle up front on his own will be eaten up by Terry and Cahill/Zouma in my view. Especially as it's only natural that the next line of attack behind him will find themselves sucked into having to play a very defensive game.
