I reckon there's a degree of truth in it. I've no idea of the exact stats but I'd imagine your results against the London clubs, particularly Fulham and QPR, are generally worse than roughly equally good clubs, Sunderland and Wigan for example. Spurs is the exception to the rule.
Great half for you, so far, especially as you are playing with only 10 men. How many do you think you'd have if Ba was playing, instead of Torres? Let's hope Coco is brave enough to risk getting the sack by bringing Torres off and Ba on, early second half, as I'd love to see you completely embarrass the Gunners. They've been deserving of another woeful spanking for some time, now.
We need a third early in the second half to kill off Arsenal and seal the win... We saw what Southampton did to us when they got their confidence back
Actually defending would be a plus also. This is set up nicely for Chelsea to pick off Arsenal for a 3rd, gotta be solid, a couple of chances will come with Arsenal chasing.
It was nice of you to give Arsenal a chance by playing Torres, but perhaps it's time to have XI men on the pitch, eh?
Yes!!! Great result and we won at home! Fair play to Arse who dominated in the second half but that is an important 3 points.... Now for Swansea in the cup! Get in
A well earned and deserved victory. We were all over them in the first half, but they reversed the tables in the second. Thankfully we made the most of our chances when they came which was the main difference between the two sides. 2-1 is a fair result. Credit today to Cech who was back to his form of old, catching balls instead of dropping them or hitting them away.
Great result ! Bit nervous in the 2nd half, but we hung on! Why didn't Rafa bring on Ba at the start of the 2nd half?
I fink Arsenal missed their chief weapon in the pissing supporter. Gunners are usually lethal when this tactic is used but apparently our seating for the lets say elderly away supporters is a tad basic.
