HAHAHAHAHAH, if only people outside this forum could read your posts, they' piss themselves at how delusional you are.
Well, if you'd have read my posts then you would have seen that I'd said that we had been really poor in the first half, so your 'head in the sand' comment is wide of the mark. That said, it still does not negate the fact that the ref made two mistakes that cost us two goals. Also, regarding our manager and squad, I can only presume again, that you've reading nothing of what I've written, as I've address both of these issues in the last comment I made. Try reading it
I think this squad can get top 4 but it'll be a tough fight for it. That said i do think we are trying to bring in a player or two at the moment and if we don't sign anyone during this window i think it will be because we are holding out for the same targets in the summer. If this is the case then the club would be confident the player would come to us. It'll be interesting to see who our next 2-3 signings are, whether they are in this transfer window or next. In my opinion it will be an indication of what type of players we can expect and where we can expect to be in the league over the next few years. I'm hoping we are at a turning point and i's more Cazorla quality players comming in.
If Coq hadn't dawdled, he wouldn't have been fouled, so the 1st one could have been avoided. and **** knows what Diaby was up to for the second goal. The ref only really helped Chelsea capitalise on our own errors.
I just wish you'd make such a fuss when decisions go for Arsenal, oh, but wait, you don't. Instead you start spouting how Arsenal are on a good run now ignoring the bad decisions that helped us onto that run. 2 bad penalties vs West Brom, soft soft penalty VS Wigan.
And you're a ****. So you think its impissuble for us to get 4th or possibly even nick 3rd. The former is highly possible and the latter is not imossible eithier. But of course do go on making yourself look even more of a prat.
Penalty vs Wigan was defonately not soft. 2nd WBA penalty was fair and the foul int he uildup was soft as well. ANyway Judas scored
Might but unlikely. Your not just chasing one team now your chasing two (possibly 3 if Everton win tomorrow as expected). Law of averages would suggest chasing down 2/3 teams with such a gap is unrealistic especially given your current squad. What today showed is Walcott is worth every penny of that contract, Wilshere, Coquelin and Cazorla also did well. Diaby, Sagna, Mertesacker, Vermaelen laughably bad though
Coq was poor today. Mert and VErm were ok, especially in the 2nd half. Sagna seems to have lost it though.
Why the **** would I ? I'm biased towards Arsenal. I'm not going to complain when we get the rub of the green. But that doesn't mean I'm going to act ****ing holier than thou, when ref decisions go against us.
And yes, it is very financialy important to stay in the CL. And i expect that will be on the minds of the board currently and we may yet get a signing this transfer window. You guys talk as if it is a certainty that we will sign no-one and finish outside the top 4. Yet every season prior to this under Wenger would suggest otherwise. The signing of Arshavin you keep bringing up shows Wenger will spend if he thinks we can't make the top 4. Last season shows that despite a poor position we can still fight back and get top 4 (3rd). So why you seem so positive that this will definately not happen is beyond me. For the last few years every season leading up to this one, fans like you have been moaning and whinging and doom mongering that we will fall out of the top 4 and every year you are wrong. Yet you come back more convinced everytime, more angry at those that where correct in believing that the club could maintain that top 4 spot. Yes we are in a tough spot, yes i think most fans agree we need to strengthen, but that isn't the same as being certain we won't sign anyone and that Wenger is some terrible naive man who knows less than us football forum dwellers, or that we will finish outside the top 4.
It's worth mentioning that we've had worse sides, yet still made the CL. Which suggests to me we now have a manager past his use by date.
No he wouldn't, because he wouldn't have gone to the far post. It's something i've noticed, Giroud is a near post guy, he very rarely goes to the far post.
