Saw the win away at Sunderland in a bar in Egypt with 5 very large Makems we all got steamed and had a great afternoon although I didn't cheer the goals much <whistle> Sunderland to their credit play their game the right way and the games are always enjoyable irrespective of the result.

    Good luck boys <ok>

Tough game for both teams, anything can happen. Sunderland have ramped up under MON, who is definitely a class act.
For Chelsea, it totally depends on which team turns up. The one against Wolves and Citeh would win I think, the other one from the last couple of games would struggle against Basingstoke.( no offence intended )
I think it's all down to morale, and ours is lousy at the moment. End of season clear out will see a turn around, when the hugely different salary payments become more even handed.
As for Gary Cahill, hope he does well, and reported £80K salary seems fair compared to Terry, Lampard, Drogba etc. Just hope Mata, Romeu, Merieles etc are on a pay rise come seasons end.
However enough fence sitting. 2-1 Chelsea

United and Spuds will still both win. Us on the other hand, I'm not so sure, we can't close games out and will concede

a bit of quality from Torres (and a lucky lampard) is the difference between us so far.

Is it just me or does Bendtner have the touch of a rapist. The ball just bounces off him and we lose possession every time the ball goes near him. I don't know what anyone sees in him, he is big but not good in the air, he can't finish, can't shoot and has a terrible first touch. The only thing he seems good at is bringing it under control on his chest. IF he wants to stay with us surely he needs to do more.

Sess on the other hand looks up for it today, much better touch and control than last weekend and he has been at the heart of everything we have done that's been good. I did not think I would be saying this 6 months ago but I really worry about the defense now Killgalon has gone off, he was having a good game.
