Too easy........

If only your team were as defensive as your fans, you might stay up ;)

You have to admit that this would be a much bigger game in your season if the majority of your fans hadn’t only started supported Chelsea in the last 11 years (at best) so aren’t aware of the history.

The 1-0 win at your place and especially the initial 1-0 at our place were your players couldn’t handle the atmosphere to the extent that 2 of them got sent off, most of them got booked and one of the ended up in court has made some of the Johnny come lately's take note. This is only the 3rd year that we’ve been in the league since most of your fans have supported you. If we somehow manage to stay up this year your new breed will soon start to take note.

Didn't Torres even get a hattrick last time we played them?

It is a shame though, this is going to be a rare thing, us meeting in the PL like this, when they go down again at the end of the season :(

    Oh dear..........

Just for the record, even though we were uterally crap during our last season in the Prem we still managed to take 4 points from you lot, 0-0 at Loftus Road and SWP 1-0 at your place......

Expecting a tonking this time round though......

    Not really though.

We have plenty of clubs we could call rivals but when you become one the elite clubs you become more focused on the teams that can stop your success and less on the handful of games against historical rivals.

Playing us will be your biggest game this season. You'll pretty much be just another game to us. A little spice as you're down the road but nothing more. I'm more bothered about beating arsenal, united, city, Liverpool and spurs in honesty, even the spammers.

You're just another team in the way of 3 points.

No still on general sale for the past week.

Couldn't even option their full allocation initially, even the club thinks its own support is s**t! Even Fulham option 3k in one go.

What happened to the 47 million plastic Wembley daytrippers?

Don't mock: their net spend was bigger than ours this season, and the Mittals (who have not wasted a cent of their cash yet) are richer than Roman (we will be ****ed when he leaves us <wah>)

    Exact opposite is true.

Fulham was always the real West London derby not Rangers.

We'd barely get 20k against you in 70s and 80s, and always got 30k v Fulham. Though that was in part due to the fact that Fulham always brought a lot more fans to the Bridge.

Chelsea Fulham bigger game for old school, QPR Chelsea big game for JCLs and Rangers fans

Brentford, Palace and the O's are bigger and have more loyal support than QPR....

Normally I would agree with this as it is the same line used by Rangers fans when we get the same accusations about our owners.

Difference is now there is a genuine risk of Ukraine crisis escalating. Following on from that if things really do get out of hand is sanctions against Russias big businesses and big business men. Mr Abramovich really could be amongst this list of oligarchs having EU and American sanctions seizing personal and business assets.

Admittedly its unlikely but for first time ever this criticism of what happens if Roman goes is now actually a genuine prospect.

Bet if you took Abramovich net spend in the last 11 years it is at least 10 times our net loss during that period.

Because of your big spend and Gronjkaer squeaking you into the champions league- the massive investments and massive losses have eventually got you to a level where you are getting towards being sustainable- we’re just further behind that curve… will eventually get towards a sustainable model but as you know more than most initial large losses can and do happen

A quick look shows that between the 1970/71 season to the formation of premiership in 1992 Fulham and Chelsea where in the same league four times- haven’t check comparison with Rangers in that period but would hazard a guess its higher-

In addition to this during that period 1970-1992- these games were all outside the old division 1 so to follow you logic about games against teams in the top league mattering more it would seem your are talking out of your arse if you think Fulham rivalry mattered more in the 70’s and 80’s.
